Tufts Mountain Club
Higher Ed
Tufts Mountain Club, founded in 1939, is one of Tufts’ oldest and largest student organizations.
When TMC was referred to Launch Theory, they needed help to coordinate trip signups, equipment lists, and dues collection using a website created by student volunteers.
Hosting numerous trips each year and managing their private lodge private in New Hampshire required a custom-built event management and communication bulletin board system.
Launch Theory redesigned and developed their website on a customized WordPress platform Hosted on Pantheon.io.
“It was a pleasure to work with Launch Theory!
Working with a group of college students can sometimes feel chaotic, but Greg and Alex were patient, flexible, and excited to work with all of our unique challenges and needs.
They offered solutions we hadn’t thought of and always checked in when it felt like we hadn’t communicated in a while. Our site needed a migration from one platform to another (Wix to WordPress), which felt complex, but they made the process feel navigable and understandable.”

ER Montgomery Event Center
Local Community Outreach and Support Program
At Launch Theory, we believe in giving back to our local community and that everyone deserves quality development service.
When the local VFW reached out through the chamber of commerce for assistance in creating their first online website, we were thrilled to help.
We designed and developed a stylish custom WordPress site with embedded Google calendars so any member of the volunteer team could create and manage event announcements. We also integrated MailChimp to manage their event mailing lists.
Once finished, our teams hosted several training sessions with their staff to ensure they had all the knowledge they needed to get the most out of this easy-to-use system.

“Launch Theory did an incredible job designing and building our ERMEventCenter.com site on a tight budget and short timeline.
They walked me through the whole process and created an elegant yet flexible style to support all our different event types. I especially appreciated how they worked with our existing hosting company to overcome unusual hosting issues.
Once the site launched, Charlie patiently trained me on the new system, and I am confident that I can now independently edit and manage the site. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a website.”
Endorsements
Our commitment to delivering quality has earned us a few fans.
Here is what they have to say about working with Launch Theory.
“It’s challenging to stay current in a field that changes by the minute. We collaborate with Launch Theory to provide clients with up-to-the-minute digital marketing know-how and execution.
What’s most impressive is the depth of Launch Theory’s SEO technical expertise in targeting and tracking.
Launch Theory offers vision, expertise, value, and results.“
“Launch Theory’s business and technology guidance have been invaluable to my digital media startup and me. Every time we talk or meet, I’m amazed by the new insights, advice, and innovative ideas they provide so consistently.
And beyond their technical and business expertise, Greg brings a unique optimism and positive energy to everything he gets involved with.
It is a pleasure to recommend his services.“
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Greg for the last several years and have always been impressed with his attention to detail, passion for his work, and his ability to explain complicated tech issues in easy to understand ways (and I assure you to a tech novice like myself this is not an easy task).
Furthermore, in a world in which we are looking for industry partners to solve complicated problems, finding people we can trust is at a premium. I would recommend Greg without reservation. He’s honest, fair, and a truly good person.“
“Launch Theory is the one technology partner you want by your side when you’re building a new online business, starting or revamping a website, or launching an e-commerce venture.
They combine exceptional technical skills with great, intuitive business savvy. We’ve partnered on my last two digital ventures — first, the international news site GlobalPost and, most recently, the subscription-based DailyChatter.
They have been committed, engaged, and always positive allies without whom we could not have achieved the success we did. They have a true entrepreneurial spirit and bring to any project a we-can-do-anything attitude that, time and again, has proven essential in overcoming technical obstacles.
They have my highest recommendation.”
